Faith, Courage and Patience

In celebration of Mother’s Day, I present to you: The Curvelos! (A tiny tiny portion of them).

Growing up, I had the luck to have my aunties and grandma living very close.
They were not just blood related, they actively helped my mother raise me.
They taught me how to work for my things, how to be strong, how to try to be the best human possible. The lessons are endless.
Every morning when my tia Norma is going to work, my grandma looks at her in the eyes, puts her finger up and says it firmly: Faith, Courage and Patience!
I worked on this one whole day, to make it in time as a present for my family.
